Announcement on Reproducible Rehabilitation
We are pleased to announce the official launch of the Reproducible Rehabilitation (ReproRehab) program ! ReproRehab is an NCMRR-funded R25 research educational program designed to build a sustainable national workforce of rehabilitation researchers equipped with basic data science skills to improve reproducibility in research.
ReproRehab aims to provide an innovative, hands-on bootcamp to teach rehabilitation researchers some basic data science skills to integrate into their own research; leadership opportunities for rehabilitation researchers who are already proficient in data science to train others; and a curated Web-database of data science resources (e.g., online courses, training opportunities, open-source datasets and software), with community-sourced reviews, specifically for rehabilitation researchers.
As we get started, we invite you to participate in our needs assessment survey by June 30, 2022, to help shape the future of ReproRehab. Responses should take less than 20 minutes and will help us tailor our initial course and Web offerings. Three participants will be randomly selected to receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
Applications to participate in ReproRehab are also now open—apply to be a learner or a teaching assistant by August 15, 2022!
