Driven by medical need and competetive pressure, large consortia have formed, some organizing more than a thousand researchers. While large scale collaboration comes with great opportunities, it also raises many questions. How can we organize our communication to always address the most relevant people? How can we balance our procedures between inclusion, speed, and quality? How can we build trust that everyone will be treated fairly and not only serve as a data and sample donor?
