As of June 1, 2022, 271 Community Health Workers have earned their certification from NCCHWA. This is a momentous occasion for CHWs in our state and we celebrate you!
We are now accepting applications for all CHWs that completed the Standardized Core Competency Training in 2022. To complete your application, please click link here. Special thanks to UNC Pembroke for hosting the application!
In the coming weeks, we will be working diligently to finalize advanced levels of certification and hope to announce details by late summer/early fall. Thank you for your continued patience. Equity is central to our work and we want to make sure we are on the right track for CHWs across our state.
