Dear Market Friends and Fans,
Pay no attention to the forecast–no matter the weather, it’s always sunny at the market and our intrepid vendors are ready and waiting to provide you with all manner of tasty treats. Bring a friend and grab lunch from any of the fabulous options we have available. Have you tried the pierogies from Wedzonka? So satisfying! Enjoy them fresh off the grill or take some frozen ones home to cook for dinner! Barbara and Robert also have a selection of smoked meats and cheeses to choose from, plus lots of other Polish delicacies.
The paninis from this week’s featured vendor, The Flour Shop Bakery, are not to be missed. They’re always filled with fresh ingredients from local farmers, sandwiched between the best sourdough bread! Or see what Stehly’s has on their menu–their kiffles are amazing, and they always have hearty breakfast sandwiches and a variety of pasties (substantial hand pies) filled with beef, chicken, and other goodies. If Thursday is more of a salad day for you, stop by Zekraft for a carefully curated jar of crisp satisfaction. And don’t miss one of their creamy desserts or a refreshing bottled cold-brew coffee!
Blendlife will be back at the corner of Morton and New this week, with their signature smoothies, smoothie bowls, and delicious wraps. And the doggos in your life will be glad if you stop by Bizzle’s Bites to pick up a bag of tasty treats for them. Treat yourself, too–let our friends from The Wicked Botanist help you pick out the perfect plant-pal for your home or office. Indoor plants help to freshen the air and lift the spirits! And speaking of self-care, choose an invigorating or soothing bath bomb or shower steamer from Lathers & Lotions to create your own home spa experience!

The Flour Shop Bakery is our longest standing vendor at the Bethlehem Farmers' Market and we are thrilled to have them at the market every year. Each week they bring a wide assortment of beautiful and delicious hand-made organic flour breads and pastries. They also make fresh paninis right at the market using their artisan breads and local ingredients!
