Hugo House has embarked on a path to advance Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within our organization. The next step in this journey is to administer a self-assessment survey with the following goals:
Gather baseline perceptions in order to self-identify areas for organizational change and improvement.
Spur dialogue that leads to greater understanding and commitment to address issues of racial equity.
Build shared accountability across the organization.
We have engaged Alford Group, a consultant to not-for-profit organizations, to administer the survey, present the findings, and guide us in interpreting the ratings and developing action steps. We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.
