School is out, summer officially starts in a couple of weeks, and we have got a lot going on at 904WARD - it’s definitely June! Here’s what you need to know:

Juneteenth Edition of the Race Cards

It’s been so long since we’ve seen your faces! We want to come together to celebrate the day that slaves in Texas finally learned of their emancipation with a special edition of the Race Cards conversation. Register below to attend this in-person event downtown from 6:00 - 7:30!

Intro to Racial Discussions

If you would like to build your skills to have conversations about race or have more tools to have discussions effectively, we have just the thing for you! Join us for this two-part virtual session on June 21 and June 28 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Registration closes this week, so don’t wait!

We Need You!!

Volunteer Orientation is coming up on Saturday, June 25 from 9:30 - 11:00 am online. If you want to use your time and talents to address racism and build our community, we can find an opportunity that is best suited for you. And you will be among some of the best people in the world as our volunteers are AWESOME!
