Do you live in Upper Albany or Frog Hollow and have thoughts on what you’d like to see happen or not happen in your neighborhood? The City of Hartford, your NRZ and Kounkuey Design Initiative are working to start a new process in neighborhood planning for the Upper Albany and Frog Hollow neighborhoods that will result in separate neighborhood plans that will shape the development of those neighborhoods over the next 5 to 10 years.
