School Instruments

End of Year Celebration is Today!

End of year celebration is today, Tuesday May 31st, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Pietro’s Pizza in Milwaukie, 10300 SE Main St, Milwaukie, OR 97222.

The pizza is being purchased for the students. Families are welcome to come, but will need to purchase their own food.

Starlight Parade Information & Volunteer Needs

The Starlight Parade is this weekend. Here is a document with rehearsal schedule AND the Itinerary with the Parade Day Schedule.

We need a few more volunteers to help the band students prepare at Cleveland HS from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. for the Starlight Parade on Saturday, June 4th. Sign up here!

School Instruments

Seniors

Will return all concert style instruments by June 1st.
Will return all marching instruments Saturday PM June 4th after the Starlight Parade.

9th - 11th grade

9th - 11th grade students will return school instruments the week of June 6th.
Be on the lookout for another google form to request an instrument for the summer.
The district instrument techs will go through our entire inventory the week after school is finished.
Any instruments that they leave at Cleveland will be immediately available to check out for the summer to those that have completed the form.
Any instruments taken for repair will be delayed. They will contact you when the instrument is completed, so be sure the contact info you provide on the form is accurate. You will then need to go to the district office building to pick up your “summer rental”.
There are NO fees associated with renting a school instrument.
