The course will cover
How to take a good photo using your phone
How to write a scroll stopping title, caption and call to action
How to harness social media for social impact.
ABOUT THE SESSION
This online seminar will highlight storytelling in the digital space with tips and tricks on how to create digital content that works for your cause.
This interactive and fun workshop will take place over two sessions.
Session 1: 15 June 2022, 15H30 CET
Session 2: 22 June 2022, 15H30 CET
In the first session, you will meet the KYC.TV social influencers who will share their expertise/knowledge on making media to effect change.
Next comes the practical phase - learning by doing. You will be given an assignment and a work partner. Then you have one week to take a photo, write a caption and start a conversation about the change you would like to see.
The second and final session is a report back and graduation event where we celebrate your posts, give awards and prizes and learn from each other.
This is a fun and easy way to learn new skills and meet the amazing people in the VCA network. Join us, make media, make friends, make social impact.
