World Bioproduct Day on 7 July!

We celebrate bioproducts once more on 7 July on World Bioproduct Day! The World Bioeconomy Forum has collaborated with Transition2Bio, The European Bioeconomy Network, and BioVoices in an effort to raise awareness of the importance of bioproducts around us, and how they contribute to the larger goal of environmental sustainability and climate action.

We ask you to join us and share your story on a bioproduct(s) of your choice with us by using the hashtag “#bioproductday2022” on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and/or via email submission.

The posts should showcase a bioproduct(s) which you want to share as part of either your own personal experience or on behalf of your company/institute.

What is required from you?

Send us 1-5 photo(s) and/or,
A short video clip of the bioproduct (maximum 1 minute) and,
A short text on what you (or your company), what your bioproduct is and what it does

Where do you send your submissions?

Simple! Post your video/images onto either Twitter, LinkedIn or YouTube and use the hashtag #bioproductday2022.

You may also send your bioproduct day submsision directly via email to tammy.moilanen@wcbef.com and/or marinelli@fvaweb.it.

All submissions must be written in English and must exclusively be submitted the respective social media platforms mentioned or via email.

Showcasing the Bioproducts

The World BioEconomy Forum will select three favourites out of all the posts and submissions of whom will have the chance to display your product at the World Bioeconomy Forum 2022 in the beginning of the third session, Bioproducts around us.

BioVoices will also organise interviews with their top 10 favourite submissions.

Bioproduct Day this year is held in collaboration with BioVoices, Transition2Bio, and the European Bioeconomy Network, with support from The Italian Cluster of Circular Bioeconomy.

Visit us at Pulpaper 2022

Visit us at our booth in PulPaper event next week at stand 6p48. You can expect to see our recent updates of the season 2022, new features and services and all you need to know about the circular bioeconomy.

The Pulpaper event will be held on 7-9 June 2022 in Messukeskus, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre. It is a leading international event in the forest industry, there you can get acquainted with the latest technology and network in the industry. We hope to see you there!
