Hello BBS members!
I hope you all had a nice Memorial Day weekend and honored the memory of our military family that have given the ultimate sacrifice so we can enjoy the freedoms we have every day. I am so grateful for Fighter Country Foundation for allowing us the opportunity to serve our active troops and family members at Luke.
With the culmination of our 13th Annual Golf Tourney, we have a lot to be proud of. Special thanks to Ron, Brooke, V, Josh and our BBS Golf Committee that continues to fine tune things making this year the best and most successful year ever! If you have any feedback, good or bad, please email Brooke so we can continue to improve this incredible event.
As we roll into June and July, things will slow down a bit, so take note of the upcoming events and participate as much as possible. Change of command is coming and we will update everyone as we learn more about the new leadership at the base. We are excited to embrace the new leadership team and can’t wait to induct our new Gulf class of BBS as they complete the Honorary Commander program in the fall. We have an active list of events being planned for this fall so get ready!
Lastly, I want to congratulate all of those families of recent high school and college graduates. Such an exciting time for all. Enjoy your time in June and thanks for all you do to support FCF and Luke AFB.
