The City of Cupertino staff, with public input, has created a roadmap to help Cupertino achieve carbon neutrality by 2040. CAP 2.0 contains actions to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, incentives to take alternative methods of transportation, educate, and encourage a zero-waste lifestyle, methods to conserve water, and preparations to adapt to changing climate risks.
