Bhangra sessions are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9am PT for one hour
The sessions consist of three parts:
1. Stretching
2. Bhangra moves as learned from Gurdeep Pandher of Yukon and elsewhere.
3. Doing some Bhangra choreographies.
This is a high energy workshop, although you could tone it down a bit by not hopping. It is also excellent exercise for your arms!
