200 Club Newsletter

Welcome to the June 2022 edition of the 200 Club Newsletter. Each month I will provide you, the members of the 200 Club, with an update on winners, money raised, and any other relevant news.

Thank you for your continued financial support of the parish.

Membership update

Unbelievably, the club is still growing, as is has done each and every month for the past seven months! We have gained 7 new additional entries this month, bringing the total to 251 - yet another all time record!

Thank you to everyone who has joined or increased their contribution recently, and to all of you who continue to play every month.

May draw

There were three £100 prizes in May.

The lucky winners were Michael Jordan, Liam Devlin, and Nicholas Farrell.

Congratulations to them.

Elementary, my dear 200 Club members

Unfortunately, I have no means of contacting Nicholas Farrell, one of this month's lucky winners. Fortunately, Mr Devlin followed the joining instructions so I know his postcode and that he lives on Picketlaw Farm Road in Carmunnock. If you know Mr Devlin could you please ask him to contact me so that I can send him his prize.

All members are politely reminded to please register their contact details on the parish website here, and to keep them up to date. That way I don't have to play Sherlock Holmes.

Special £500 Glasgow Fair draw

Due to the increased number of entries there will be another special draw next month with five £100 prizes to be won. Please share this poster with any friends or family you think might be interested in joining the club. All new members who join and pay by 30th June will be eligible for the draw.

You can download the poster image here.

The numbers

There were 248 paid entries in April. The monthly profit for the parish after prizes was £940. The club has generated a total profit of £4,115 for the parish funds so far in 2022. The projected annual profit for 2022 is currently £8,855.

Thank you to all members.

Thank you!

Your continued and ever-growing generosity has been astounding to witness all year. Thank you very much indeed on behalf of Canon Stephen and the parish council.

Wall Smith

It's really tough to make any request of you all when you have been so overwhelming generous in recent times. However, as you know, the repairs to the church grounds wall will cost tens of thousands of pounds. Please ask your friends or family if they would like to contribute by joining the 200 Club.

By introducing additional prizes, I have removed the previous limit of 200 entries in the monthly draw. Therefore if you know someone who would like to join the 200 Club they can find full instructions on the parish website
here. If you would like to take out any additional entries, just amend your standing order accordingly and then contact me to let me know.
