Not content to just kill the unborn,
now they're coming after you.

Panicked by the impending possible overturn of Roe v. Wade, the legislature is frantically trying to pass bills that would encourage women in other states to come to New York to have abortions.  Many of those abortions would be especially brutal, because, like Communist China, North Korea, and Vietnam, New York now allows unfettered elective abortions up until birth.

But the pro-death mindset doesn’t end there.  Some legislators want you – and your elderly or disabled loved ones – dead, too.

Assembly bill A204/Senate bill S4685 would allow two physicians to declare that resuscitation from cardiac or respiratory arrest would be “futile,” and thus prevent resuscitation attempts on a patient even if he or she – or his or her health care decision-maker – has made it clear they want resuscitation!

The whole idea of “living wills” came with the assumption that a patient, endowed with his or her right to autonomy and free will, could state in a document which treatments they might want or not want in a given situation.

But if this law passes, patients will basically only be assured of having their wishes respected if they choose not to have treatment!

This lust for death – of the unborn and now of the ill and elderly – needs to stopToday, this life-threatening bill passed the New York Senate, so it is urgent you IMMEDIATELY contact your state Assemblyperson and ask them to vote NO on A204, the so-called medical futility bill sponsored by Assemblyman Richard Gottfried.  Please use the link below to find the member of the Assembly who represents you, and to send an email to them.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Anne LeBlanc
