This year we have once again been able to hold our Leadership Lunches — part of Meaningful Ageing Australia’s Executive Leadership Series — thanks to the support of our co-hosts, Prime Super.
These lunches provide a time for Executive Leaders within aged care to come together with peers and colleagues to reflect, share and discuss the challenges and changes within the sector. Importantly, the discussion over a meal also allows for a re-focus on the emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing of the older people in their care.
We have held lunches in and around Covid lockdowns in Sydney, Wollongong and Perth. Melbourne will be next in July.
Those who have attended have called the lunches very inspiring; relaxed, informative, inspiring and encouraging; and an easy environment to connect with other CEOs.
If you would like to know more about our Leadership Lunches and who can attend, please email Monique Pockran.
We want to give a big thank you to Prime Super, our trusted partner in supporting and making these lunches possible.
