WILDFIRE REALITIES FOR PACASO

Pacaso Lists Home In Area That BURNED in 2017 Fires

Is this the vacation home of your dreams?  Located in Glen Ellen at the top of Trinity Road, the home called 'The Manzanita' (see listing HERE)was built on a property where the previous home burned in the raging 2017 fires along with nearly every surrounding home.

Now Pacaso has listed it for a ridiculous price - $1,130,000 per 1/8th share!  That brings it to $9,040,000 (we call that Pacaso-Math) for a 4200 sf home that sits on 2 acres surrounded by an area that is still recovering from wildfire.

Take a drive up the winding roads of Glen Ellen and judge for yourself if this is your dream 44 days a year.

Wait....don't schedule your days during Fire Season, which now ranges from June - November.  You could find yourself socked in with smoke or forced to evacuate due to wildfire.

Note the burned out areas on the current Zillow map.  This area was filled with lush greenery prior to the devastating wildfire.

Pacaso's 'Chardonnay' .6 miles from recent wildfire

Pacaso's 'Chardonnay'  (See listing HERE) in Sonoma is located .6 miles (less than one mile) from a wildfire that took place on June 30th.  Luckily, with 5 Cal Fireplanes, multiple on the ground firetrucks, and no wind, the fire was quickly contained.  BUT are Chardonnay shareholders fire-ready?  This area is NO PLACE FOR TIMESHARES!

Right to Signs on Your Property

United States Supreme Court Ruling

Reed v. Town of Gilbert

Pacaso Bullies are at it again.

Pacaso filed complaints against residents on the cul de sac where Pacaso owns a home in  Sonoma, CA, and needed to be reminded that we all have a right to our opinion.

Here is the United States Supreme Court ruling regarding lawn signs:  Reed v. Town of Gilbert, Arizona

REMEMBER Pacaso is the same company who filed a Federal lawsuit against St. Helena and has lost the first and only ruling settled so far - the SLAPP suit, also called a suit of intimidation.    Read more about the SLAPP suit on the homepage of www.StopPacasoNow.com.

From Teamblind.com:
