This Saturday is our first Summer Kindness BBQ. We'll be in Eagle Place (the corner of Erie Ave & Emilie St) from 11am - 2pm, please consider coming for some or all of that time to help serve and show kindness to this neighbourhood. Also we'll be meeting at the same location tonight at 7pm to prayer and finish delivering invites.

Come join friends from different churches around the city to clean Lions Park after the Canada Day celebrations on July 2 meeting at 9am.

Meet us at Mohawk Park on July 17 for a Potluck Picnic at 12:30pm. We have Shelter D (close to the splashpad) reserved. Please bring something to share for lunch.

We're headed to Sam & Rhonda's in Harley to enjoy their pool on August 14 at 2pm. We'll be providing a BBQ dinner. Please bring a lawn chair and your swimmers.

Sunday was Father's Day. We blessing dads and spiritual dads of all sorts in our House this week! Fathering isn't an exact science, it's a hard gig. Fatherly wisdom and the care of a father's heart is a powerful thing though. Be encouraged to lean into our Heavenly Father and persevere as you love and parent your children, step & foster children, those you mentor and even younger worker colleagues.

- Let's take a 360 degree look at Fatherhood this week. Are there things with your father you need to repair? If you're a dad, are there things you need to repair with your children? What about spiritual, mentor or workplace "fathering type" relationships in your life - are there repairs that need to be made to these relationships? Ask God to show you these areas that need repair, wisdom on how to make the repairs and the courage to do it

- Continue to be praying for Ukraine
- Take some time to stop and think what's something in each of the 7 areas of influence (business, family, education, church/religion, government, arts & entertainment, media) that touches your heart, interests or even concerns you? Take these things to the Father and ask Him how to pray for them because He cares about those things too!
