Run Walk Wheel MOVE is off to a blazing start! We have collected 4571 movement minutes! Calling all self identified girls in the Kelowna area, join us Saturday June 25th for our next pop up event!

Youth Advisory Council (YAC) member Breagh Bridge shares her favorite way to move and keep acting during this year's Run Walk Wheel!


"One of my favorite ways to move in the summer is roller skiing! I love roller ski as cross training for cross country skiing, it is the perfect way to focus on my technique work so I can hit the ground running when I get on the snow in the winter. I love roller skiing because its a workout going uphill but you still get the thrill of going fast downhill! its also a great way to get out on the backroads and enjoy the sun."
