YOU’RE THINKING TOO MUCH:
Your overthinking is cluttering your life!

Imagine opening the drawers of your mind and finding a bunch of old moldy, smelly trash. Sounds disgusting, right !?!? Now go to the “junk” drawer in your kitchen, do you even know what’s in there? How about under your bathroom sink? As a matter of fact, when was the last time you organized that sock drawer that probably has too many unmatched and holey socks to count?

The state of our houses, businesses, and cars tells us a lot about our thought processes. Overthinking affects many of us, so much so that we don’t even know when we are doing it. Overthinking is thinking about something for too long or too much and causing a full rehearsal of those thoughts! This can lead to stress, worries, and feelings of anxiety.  The physical signs of overthinking are much the same as anxiety: frequent headaches, grinding of your teeth, feeling muscle tension, fatigue, insomnia, and irritability.

What causes you to overthink? Take a moment to think about it. Do you feel the need to be in total control? Yet, overthinking does the exact opposite: it spins our lives completely out of source.

It is time to declutter your life, by making a decision to let it go and live!!!

TIPS ON HOW TO DECLUTTER (Your Life & Mind)

1.) Don’t linger on a decision longer than a day

2.) Make a weekly assessment of clutter reduction

3.) Keep your workspace organized; make it a practice to end the day organized so that you will have an organized workspace to start the next day

4.) Spend time daily doing things that don’t require too much thinking

5.) Write out decisions that need to be made and by when

6.) Have a trusted person that can hold you accountable for your decision making

Remember: You will not have it ALL figured out, so just make a decision and go from there.
