" The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken."
(Psalm 16v6-8)

Some of you may remember that in May Prayer letter we said that WorldServe has purchased a drilling rig which was on its way to Nigeria to be used by TASTE. We are thankful to the Lord that the rig has safely arrived in Jos. The photos above were taken during the Commissioning and hand of of the rig to TASTE Nigeria. Please pray that the rig will be used to the glory of our God and the blessing of many vulnerable communities across Nigeria.
We were honoured to have been invited by Malin Bridge Primary School, Sheffield, to take part in their Summer Festival - the first since the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Our CEO Ben Udejiofo took the opportunity to share with the many parents and children visiting our stall the life changing work that TASTE is doing in many vulnerable Nigerian communities in providing them with clean water, adequate sanitation and sharing the love of God with them.
The buckets of coloured balls wre particularly helpful in driving home the dire need for water that the communities have when compared to us. The two black buckets represent 150l of water each one of use uses per day and the red buckets represent the 36l per day used by each person in Nigeria.
The children also got to try out a full scale working model of a hand pump. The children got a bit wet but quickly dried out in the beautiful sunshine that bathed the whole event.
Our huge thank you goes to all at Malin Bridge Primary School especially Carmen who organisd the whole Festival. The Lord Bless you all.
We want to thank all our West Midlands friends who came, ate as much as they could AND gave as much as they could to raise a staggering £1,315  at this year's TASTY Desserts at Pelsall Evangelical Church on Tuesday 21 June.

We want to thank Connie, Jan, Megan, Annette, Kevin, Jess, Carys, Di, Rita and Gerald for organising and helping on the day with many of our other friends baking cakes and other delicious treats. Thank you all. It was truly a team effort.

Our CEO Ben Udejiofo brought everyone an update of the fantastic work of providing clean drinking water and sharing God’s love with communities across Nigeria that events like this help fund. ..

If you are sorry you missed out – so are we, so look out for next year’s event and make sure that you join us.
Funding Application Update,,,
We asked you to pray for two outstanding applications to:
  • The States of Guernsey - £50,000

Thank you for your prayers, both applications were successful and in fact we were awarded £34,827 by Samaritan's Purse.
We are also thankful to God for the recent unsolicited but most welcome grant of £18,825 from the Overseas Fellowship of Nigerian Christians (OFNC) who asked us to do another project on their behalf following a successful one last year.
