Update from Our Board of Directors
Hello Moonflower Co-op Owners,
The Moonflower Board of Directors (BOD) invites all owners to the 2022 Annual Owner Meeting and the election of new board members. It will be held at 5pm on August 13, 2022 in the outdoor space at the MARC.
Three BOD positions are open. All 3 of the current board members whose terms are expiring are seeking re-election: Jonny Jew, Emily Stock, and Alison Anders. In addition, Kendra Cupps is a candidate for the BOD. The candidates’ bios will soon be posted on our website.
Owners eligible to vote will receive an email with a link to vote online or a paper ballot in the mail in the coming weeks. Please make sure we have your correct email and/or mailing address on file. Alternatively, a ballot box will be set up at the store to use.
Our own Datura Deli will be serving food and beverages at the meeting. There will be door prizes too! We will be giving away a gift basket and several gift cards. (You must be present to win.)
