Take the ferry to Peaks Island for Il Leone's wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. Their dough is fermented for 48 hours, and then topped and baked at more than 800 degrees. Ingredients come from Maine farms and Italy. Try the asparagi topped with wood-fired asparagus, pecorino, fior di latte mozzarella, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Add-ons include creamy burrata and Italian salami. Pizzas can be made vegan, too.
