The Yard & Vintage Sale is quickly approaching. Volunteers are needed to fill the many shift spots. Do you have time to help?
Friday, July 15. Help is needed in the later afternoon. 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Task: to display the many items going on sale. (10 + people would be great)
Saturday, July 16. Sale Day!
Tasks: cashiers, cashier assistants, greeters at our Museum Information Table, and final pack up.
After the sale, we need volunteers to help take items to the donation centers.
Last year we had 3 cashier stations. This worked, it kept the lines short and both customers and our volunteers happy. Please help!
Shift times are 7:45am-10:00am / 10:00am-12:30pm / 12:30pm-3:00pm
Times are flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs.
After the sale ends, we could use help packing up.

Also, if you have any transportable tables we can use to display items, please reach out. We are in need of tables by Thursday the 14th so we have them ready for Friday.
