OceanWatch Responsible Oyster Farmer Training Program July/August 2022

The OceanWatch Responsible Oyster Farmer Training Program is a formal training and assessment program for oyster farmers, helping to demonstrate commitment to responsible and sustainable farming practices. This training program is a custom-build, standardised program that provides a baseline of knowledge about the NSW oyster industry and industry best practice as outlined in OISAS and provides access to grants to implement program recommendations.

Call for Classifieds

As part of the NSW oyster newsletter, there is a free classifieds section that allows farmers to advertise items for sale, and for suppliers to advertise their products and services. Going out to over 650 subscribers with interests in the oyster industry, this is an ideal place to advertise the sale of equipment, businesses, oysters and services. Please limit your description to approximately 100 words or less, and remember to include your location, contact details and any photos you want to share. If you have an ad on that is no longer current, please email me so I can take it down.
