Spring is in finally in the air and before we know it, we will be enjoying lovely summer weather. With COVID almost behind us and things finally returning to normal, we can finally begin organizing larger functions.

For the month of June, the Portuguese flag will fly high at the Oshawa City hall to mark the presence of the Portuguese Community in the city of Oshawa. A wonderful way to remember those who started this journey to start a new life in Canada leaving behind their native land, and at times, their families.

Preparations are underway to bring a smaller Fiesta Week back to the city of Oshawa beginning with the Parade on Father’s Day, June 19, 2022 and running until June 25, 2022. There are 10 pavilions opening their doors to the public over this week. In an effort to get people back into participating in Fiesta Week, the Oshawa Folk Arts Council has decided to do away with passports this year. Come on out and enjoy the shows, taste the different foods and have fun at each of the pavilions.

I hope to see everyone there, not only supporting our club that has struggled to remain open during COVID but also enjoying the pavilions.

On May 27, Royal LePage Frank gathered for an incredible afternoon at their offices Awards Celebration for 2021.

Daniela accepted the Royal LePage Diamond Award for 2021 which represents the top 3% of Royal LePage Sales Representatives in her marketplace.

In addition, Daniela also received recognition for the Purcell Mountains Trek for Shelter that she attended last August.

A message from Daniela: I found myself emotional and mentally back between those mountains that afternoon. This special recognition means more to me than ANY sales award. Receiving this personalized token congratulating me on being part of the top team in money raised for our beloved foundation across Canada during 2021‘s trek was incredible but I will continue to say the true heroes and recognition goes to all the shelters!

I am so thankful for all my incredible clients, family and friends along the way who called me to help them with their real estate goals and supported me.

Obrigada!
Daniela
