Join Meg Stickl, Senior's Fitness Expert and the CEO of AIM Fitness for an afternoon of relaxing stretches.
Meg is a fitness instructor and personal trainer who works with Adults 50+ and seniors. Meg will lead you through some gentle neck stretches to relieve stiffness or tightness in your neck and shoulder area. Meg will also demonstrate the best posture-improving exercises to help you stand and sit up straighter. Learn about Meg's programs and receive a $7 trial for her online fitness program when you visit her in-person!
