 Making the most of  Your Natural assets is the Key to Youthfulness!
And ,    Turn back the clock...
We have already extended  the lifespan, but  we have too many elderly who cannot take care of themselves, and are in care facilities, which we are trying to avoid....
Lifespan could be  as much as 120 to 140....but How?

Why do we age, and can no longer take care of ourselves,
when we were given a body to last a lifetime.....  because of poor vision, hearing, joint pain, heart.cancer and
diabetes taking over our lives., which does not need to happen.
How can we prevent the breakdown of the human body?

We can rustproof our body and use Food to regenerate and be our medicine..
Antioxidants keep us young,
 from
Vitamin A and the best sources are,
Sweet potatoes, carrots, cantaloupes, Papaya, mangoes, apricots, peaches, kale, endive, parsley,  broccolli,  pumpkin, winter squash, spinach, watermelon, and the  darker the green the better,. and all sprouts

Vitamin C. scavenges free radicals inside the cells of the human body and it is important to know, it is found in very high concentrations in the eye lens where it can counteract the oxidants formed by the action of light on the proteins that make up the lens, the process that can result in cataracts.,
helping to prevent the deterioration of the retina. 

Good sources sof Vit C
Oranges and juice, papayas, grapefruit, guavas, kiwi, raw brussel sprouts, raw  red  peppers, raw brocolli, collards, strawberries, and all sprouts

And the Third is Vitamin E.a  fatty acid and  natural antioxidant
protecting fats from oxidation. and it works well with Vit C for eye health, as well as, boosts the immune system. and
powerful protection against heart disease.,
Also, slowing the progression of wrinkles and skin health.

Whole grains, nuts, seeds and avocado

Food is Medicine, to protect, preserve,  prevent and  keep our bodies
