The work you did is really important to the success of the wetland restoration, and of course wetlands are really important to the health of our waterways, oceans and what lives within these habitats. It's awesome to see the community embracing the project and pitching in to get these areas thriving again.
Make sure to keep in touch and spread the word! We have the goal to restore all wetlands on Waiheke and need all hands on spades, so be sure to tell your friends about how much fun you had. We will keep you up-to-date on our progress in the meantime.
