I am reaching out to encourage you to sign up for the Federal Employee Collective Bargaining Training Program. The program is held at the world-class union training campus, the William W. Winpisinger Center in southern Maryland, from July 31 to August 5, 2022. The program is designed to train local leaders on all things collective bargaining, featuring presentations from NFFE-IAM headquarters staff. It is very important to have local leaders who can fight to improve their workplaces at the bargaining table. There are a few spots open and I hope you consider enrolling in the program.
