URGENT: Volunteers Needed at Our Adult Day Program for a Short-Term Assignment
Located at Dufferin St and Steeles Ave, our Adult Day Program (ADP) is in need of volunteers for the next 2-3 weeks. This position will be available from Monday – Friday. Anyone who's interested in helping must commit to at least one 4.5-hour shift per week, between 9:30 am – 2 pm.
This position is in the ADP reception area, which includes the following duties:
Answering the phone and taking messages
Opening the door and greeting clients
Distributing PPE packages to PSWs
Interested volunteers must show proof of double vaccination, sign a waiver, and have a current annual date form on file. Training will be provided, which also includes a review of the COVID-19 safety procedures that are in place.
