Tree School Field Day at
Hopkins Demonstration Forest
Plans are in the works for a Tree School Field Day at Hopkins Demonstration Forest this fall! Learning opportunities will include field classes, demonstrations and hands-on activities. The wide variety of forest types and forest management demonstration areas across the 140 acres at Hopkins provide diverse educational opportunities.

At the Clackamas County Farm Forestry Association's Annual Meeting on April 20, 2022, Jim James (former Executive Director, Oregon Small Woodlands Association) provided a thorough summary of Oregon's Private Forest Accord (PFA) and its provisions for small forest owners (SFO).
