The City has been working to redesign and reinstall a new banner system across Meridian in downtown, which is now slated to be fully operational by the end of July.

Staff from our Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) participated in Puget Sound Energy's Energy Reduction Program. Thanks to their efforts, the Plant was able to reduce energy consumption by 22 percent. The Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA) recognized the City for its energy efficiency efforts.
