Staff from our Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) participated in Puget Sound Energy's Energy Reduction Program. Thanks to their efforts, the Plant was able to reduce energy consumption by 22 percent. The Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA) recognized the City for its energy efficiency efforts.
