Save the Date! 28th TAFISA World Congress 2023 in Düsseldorf
The 28th TAFISA World Congress will take place on 30 October - 5 November 2023. The event will be hosted by the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the State Sport Federation of North-Rhine Westphalia, and the State Government of North-Rhine Westphalia. Save the date!

TAFISA Treasurer Janez Sodrznik re-elected as a member of EPAS Consultative Committee Bureau 
The annual meeting of the Council of Europe's Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) Governing Board and meeting of the EPAS Consultative Committee (CC) was held in Strasbourg on June 13 and 14, 2022. As a result of the elections which took place during the meeting, TAFISA Treasurer Janez Sodrznik was re-elected as a member of the EPAS CC Bureau.

TAFISA Signs #HealthyLifestyle4All Pledge at EU Sport Forum
On 16-17 June, the EU Sport Forum was held in Lille, France, under the theme "European Sport: fair, inclusive and fit for a sustainable future". TAFISA Vice President Denis Karakasis from Greece joined the EU Sport Forum over the two days. On 16 June, he was invited to sign the #HealthyLifestyle4All pledge. | Read more

TAFISA President Wolfgang Baumann Joins DOSB Parliamentary Meeting of Sport

On the evening of 23 June, TAFISA President Wolfgang Baumann was invited to the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) Parliamentary Meeting of Sport, and took the opportunity to meet and discuss with guests from the political and sports spheres in Germany. The event was attended by over 400 guests, including DOSB Vice President Kerstin Holze and German Federal Minister of the Interior and Community Nancy Faeser.

On 27 June, the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA), JOGG, Youth Health Community (YHC) and Schuttelaar & Partners gathered 50 stakeholders in health and physical activity promotion at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium, to advocate for cross-sector action and commit to making healthier lifestyle choices possible for all Europeans.

FLOT Family Joins the 27th TAFISA World Congress
