Request for Publicity Stall volunteers

Hello Everyone,
I am writing to ask if you could spare an hour or two to help run our PFE publicity stall. We are at the following venues and are needful:
1. July 2nd: Shinewater "Fun Day" which is open to the public between 12 and 4pm
2. July 29th, 30th, 31st: Eco-Festival in Prince's Park which is open to the public from 11 to 7pm  on 29th and 30th; 11 to 5pm on 31st
3. 26th to 29th (4 days): Vintage Festival in Gildredge Park
4. 7th October: Welcome Centre Carbon neutral event
