What's been going on?

SisterWoman Vegan Cooking Workshop

Last month we teamed up with SisterWomen Vegan for a cooking workshop focused on cooking meals that are accessible when executive functioning is... not functioning.

We are hoping to organise more workshops like this in the future so keep an eye out for the next event!

ADHD BABES: The Podcast                      

OUR PODCAST IS LIVE! 

Every two weeks, 'we'll invite you to a new episode hosted by members of the ADHD babes. 

Walk with us on a journey of discovery, learning about our wonderful brains and all things that some with ADHD and intersectionality.

Almedia Theatre Trip

Our First In-person meet up of the year was to see DADDY at Almedia Theatre. 

This incredibly thought provoking play, exploring issues within the LGBTQ and Black Community had some of us talking to HOURS after. 


 

Call Out 

Sickle cell awareness month is coming up in September and we are planning a campaign to raise awareness!

We are looking for a member of our community who has sickle cell and is open to featuring on our podcast to discuss living with both conditions.

We are also open to other ideas and volunteers so feel free to give us a shout even if you do not have sickle cell!
