Hello everyone!

This week is the last week of Term 2 so we wish you a restful, enjoyable break. GEALC will be closed but you can still contact us by email or phone if you need us.
Note that our Term 3 Timetable is now available (see below) and our Brochure can be seen online at: https://gealc.org.au/brochure/

We are excited to have session 2 of our Winter Health Series TOMORROW at 12.00pm at GEALC. We hope to see you there!

The last few weeks have been very busy! We had an amazing response to the vaccine clinic and health information session a few weeks ago. Check out the Good News Story for photos. 20 people were able to receive their free Flu or Covid vaccines on the day - well done! And thank you to Star Health.

Many of our students have been on excursions this week - to do some shopping at the Dandenong Market (EAL 3) and to St Kilda Beach West to explore native plants and shells with the Port Phillip Eco-Centre (EAL 1 and EAL 2). We learnt a lot and there are some great photos below that show how much fun we had!

Remember that doctors and health professionals are strongly recommending the Flu Vaccine for this coming winter season - it is FREE during June. See your GP or book at a pharmacy.

Unfortunately, there will be no Walk & Talk again this week, due to our health event on Thursday.

See you back at GEALC in Term 3, starting Monday 11 July.

🙂 Lindy
