Dear Members,

The Board of Directors has completed the search process to fill our Community Association Manager position and we are delighted to share our plans. As you know we are a vibrant and active community with beautiful amenities and we employ both full time and seasonal staff that operate, maintain, and keep us safe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. After much thought we have decided to split the CAM role between two individuals as we recognize the effort required to effectively manage our community.

We are excited to announce that Amber Archer, who is currently serving as the Interim CAM, will be promoted to Association CAM. In addition, we’d like to introduce you to Brett Conley who will be joining our management team as the Infrastructure CAM. These are equivalent positions with Amber and Brett both having responsibility for the community as a whole while managing specific department areas. Amber will be leading our Guest Services, Security, Finance and Membership and Design Review Board departments and Brett will be leading our Tram Operations, Pool Operations, Community Maintenance and Landscaping departments.

Brett joins us after serving as CAM for a large Panama City community with extensive pool and recreational amenities. He is a Certified Pool Operator and has extensive experience in maintenance and construction areas and will be extremely helpful to us as we move forward with our capital projects. Brett will be joining us on Monday, June 20th.
