First Baptist Church of Charles City has a challenge
for Mid-ABC youth!
We have the opportunity to bid on and purchase
a new bus for Dayton Oaks Camp.
The Charles City School district is auctioning off a
used school bus this summer
and if we can raise between $1200 and $2000
we will be able to purchase the bus.
We need your help.
We are challenging Mid-American Baptist churches
to host a dinner and a movie night
with all funds raised going to the Dayton Oaks Bus fund.
All you have to do is get your youth together,
plan your meal, pick a movie and set your prices.
You collect all funds.
Any checks can be written directly to your church
and at the conclusion of your event please just send one
check to First Baptist Church of Charles City
with Dayton Oaks Bus designated in the memo.
The winning Youth Group will receive
the Fundraiser of the Year Trophy!
Please have all events completed and funds collected by August 15.
