The Public Defense Services Commission will convene
virtually on June 15, 2022
The Public Defense Services Commission (PDSC) will enter into an executive session meeting on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. The executive session will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams platform and will be closed to the public.
The PDSC will move into executive session at approximately 3:30 PM on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, to consider confidential and privileged written advice from the Commission’s legal counsel. This executive session is being called under ORS 192.660(2)(f).
After the executive session, the Commission will reopen the public meeting and may promptly adjourn or may reconvene to discuss, deliberate, or decide on whether to initiate paid, non-disciplinary administrative leave for an employee.
The Office of Public Defense Services ensures that eligible individuals have timely access to legal services, consistent with Oregon and national standards of justice.
