The City is planning major work starting in 2023 in Pointe-Claire Village, between Victoria and Du Golf Avenues. In addition to upgrading the municipal infrastructure, we want to allow the entire community to share its opinion on the future development of Pointe-Claire Village.
Until June 28, visit the Pointe-Claire, It’s Who We Are! platform to chose between the two proposed design concepts.

The City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 5 at 7 p.m. The agenda is made available on the Friday before the meeting on the City’s website, where you can also follow the broadcast live and as a recording. |

Open since last May, the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre offers a wide range of open activities for everyone. |

Summer collection of household waste
From June 7 to August 24, household waste will be collected weekly, on Tuesdays for sector A and Wednesdays for sector B.

Annual flushing of the water system
Water system flushing operations are currently underway and will continue until July 30. The work will take place Sunday to Friday, between 10 p.m. and
7 a.m.

Outdoor pools
The 2022 summer season for the seven outdoor pools has been launched. For more information, consult the websites of the specific sites.

Splash pad
Enjoy the splash pad in Valois Park, open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The site, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, includes a play structure, shaded rest areas, washrooms and changing rooms.

Quebec’s National Holiday and Canada Day – Schedule for municipal services
The Administrative Services and certain municipal buildings will be closed on June 24 and July 1.

As of June 1, a permit is required to use the boat launching ramp and to park a vehicle in certain areas of the Alexandre-Bourgeau Park parking lot. |

Call for Submissions – 2023 MiNi Art Rental Collection
The Art Rental and Sales Service invites parents and guardians to submit their budding artists work for the third edition of MiNi Art Rental, a project that focuses on art created by children 12 years old and under.

Tryouts – Diving and Swimming Teams
Tryouts for the diving and swimming teams will begin on June 27 at the Aquatic Centre.
Young people aged 5 and over who are curious to discover these sports are invited to register for one of the sessions offered. |

Public piano
From June 23 to October 2, a public piano decorated by artist Zoé Boivin will be set up in Pointe-Claire Village. Between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., citizens will be invited to pick out a tune on the piano or play their favorite melodies.
To inaugurate this work of art, come attend the opening concert of Guillaume Martineau, as a jazz trio with singer Janna Kate and bassist Éric Lagacé. This event will take place on the municipal property at the corner of Du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore Road and Cartier Avenue on Thursday, June 23, beginning at 5 p.m.

It is open Monday to Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. |
