" When we feel valued, seen, trusted, and cared for, we feel energized and inspired.
We then bring our best selves and work forward."
Dear <<First Name>>,
If you are on this mailing list, even if you have just stumbled up on this email, or were forwarded our content by a friend, we want you to know that you are part of our Foundation family! This month, we know, is a time of transition for many. Kids are home from school for the summer, some offices are transitioning to hybrid or back to in office work, there may even be travel plans on your horizon. Wherever you are, your FFCH family is here to support your wellbeing and we hope you are able to make time this month to engage with us online.
One of the great things about our modules is that you can take them at your own pace and from anywhere you have access to the internet. So many of our modules, from Relationship Wellbeing (Adult and Youth), to Navigating Anxiety, Happiness 101, Race Through Storytelling, Hearing for Healing, offer you tools to navigate personal, work, and family relationships that may be in flux for so many of us right now. Visit HealingEdu.org for more and to enroll in an online module today.

Educational Modules

All of our beautiful, interactive modules are available 24/7 to anyone with a smartphone, tablet, or internet browser!

Our reflective learning model allows you to dive deep and explore what habits are serving you, as well as what habits are causing harm to ourselves, our relationships, and Earth. All of our modules are beautifully versatile. Individuals may take them on their own, together in small or large groups, in-person or online, and across generations if desired.
Our growing slate of basic skill modules, offered with sliding scale* tuition, currently include Relationship Wellbeing (Youth or Adult), Happiness 101, Navigating Anxiety, Implementing a Zero Waste Lifestyle, Consciously Creating Wellness, Reducing Your Carbon Footprint, Race Through Storytelling 1, and our newest module Hearing for Healing.

If you have been considering taking a module, but just haven't been able to decide which one, try one of our sample lessons and/or take our quiz today!

*This means that you pay what you can, with the goal of making each module accessible to everyone. Those who are able to pay more subsidize those who may need to pay less or nothing at all.

MODULE FACILITATION

Though our modules are self-guiding and self-facilitating, we recognize that some would rather have some additional guidance.  Therefore, we’ve added a facilitation program, where FFCH walks your group through the module of your choice! Contact Shakim@familyandcommunityhealing.org to learn more.

FFCH FAMILY SPOTLIGHT:

We are pleased to introduce you to our incredible board member, Ellen Leverich (pictured below on the left, with her daughter):
It is a joy and honor to be a part of the Foundation for Family and Community Healing board of directors.   Susanna's leadership and vision for creating a kinder and more compassionate world by providing people with tools to build strong relationships is inspiring. My involvement with FFCH has helped me to advance in my personal journey toward more generous relationships with myself, earth and others.
