Dear Friend of the IIPE,

Longtime IIPE community member Diane Scanlon is dedicating one of her newest songs, Nothing Changes, to the IIPE and peace educators around the world.  We are delighted to share with you the video of the song below.  Diane is an inspiring songwriter, performer, and dedicated peace educator with a passion for pursuing change through music.  We hope you find her music, voice and message as uplifting as we do in these challenging times where hope is needed more than ever.

More about Diane Dwyer Scanlon

Diane Dwyer Scanlon is a Grammy Award winning producer and composer.  Her songs have been recorded by platinum-selling artist Eva Cassidy as well as Vince Gill, Tramaine Hawkins, Darlene Love, Laura Branigan, and Antigone Rising to name a few.  She has been a writer for Peermusic and has songs administered by Kobolt Music.  Currently her extensive song catalog is with Dwyer Hills Music.

As an artist she is known for her impassioned, blues-flavored guitar and soul-searching lyrics.  She has toured in the United States and Europe, playing such venues as the Montreux Festival in Switzerland, the Spoleto Festival in South Carolina, Madison Square Garden and the New Haven Coliseum.

Currently she is spending her time in her Connecticut studio writing and producing.  During Covid she teamed up with longtime friend and musician Michael Mugrage forming White Feather Music Productions where they are developing young talent as well as writing songs performed by established singers and musicians. 

Her newest album, The Day After Yesterday (2022), is available on Amazon, iTunes, Bandcamp, Spotify, and Pandora
