What's up on campus

WolfTrails membership/permit renewals

Carpoolers, transit riders, bicyclists, and walkers to campus may renew their membership/permits for the 2022-23 academic year.

Vanpool to NC State

Employees, do you have a long drive to campus? Save the wear and tear on your vehicle with a vanpool! Vanpools are similar to carpools, except the vans are leased by Enterprise and transport 4-15 passengers at a time. Email WolfTrails if you're interested in giving this a try.

New Transportation videos!

Check out our YouTube for a bike-on-bus tutorial and a Wolftrails overview.

Bicycling

Bicycle Fix-it stations

Currently, there are two fix-it stations at NC State: one at Carmichael gym, the other at EB II on Centennial. Have you used one of these before? Where would you like to see another station? Email us your thoughts about bike maintenance on campus.
Here's the bicycle fix-it station at Carmichael gym. There are tire levers, wrenches, and an air pump here so you can easily perform minor maintenance on your bike. Need help? There's a QR code on the station with videos to help you.

Bicyclist amenities on campus

Shower access

Carmichael gym has shower facilities -- students who pay student fees have membership access, and employees can use a free trial month of membership. Find gym membership info. For comments or suggestions about shower access on campus, email us.

Bike racks

Please remember only lock your bike to racks - trees, accessibility handrails, and fences are a no-go. Racks are located near campus buildings - see map. Do you need a new lock? Don't forget about discounts at local shops!

Lockers

Store your gear in lockers -- available on Centennial campus in EB II ($20/semester or $35/year), or at the gym with your membership.
