Special Meeting of Members

Special Meeting of The Yellowknife Guild of Arts and Crafts will be holding a Special Meeting of members on July 18, 2022 at 7pm, in the Guild's building at 113 Kam Lake Rd. 

The purpose of the meeting is to adopt a revised version of our new bylaws with changes to the pre-existing sections that have been requested by the Northwest Territories Corporate Registry.  

Paragraphs 4 (c), 5 (c)  and  the "officers" section have been updated to provide additional clarity around the manner of calling meetings and the specific duties of board members. 

To attend the meeting members must have a active membership.

Attached is a revised version of the Guild's bylaws which will be presented a the meeting.
