Let’s nurture this relationship with: Our Feet, Ankles & Knees Series
Cristal & I are excited about the upcoming series with a special focus on caring for these foundational supporting structures that connect us with the Earth and uplift the weight of our beings.
As has become our way of practicing and teaching yoga, there will be special emphasis on utilizing breath and movement for nervous system regulation and resiliency aka health.
Let’s create a refreshing relationship with ourselves and life from the ground up!!!
July-September 8 week Series $90:
Sharon begins July 12, 13, & 14.

Our last series focused on the 6 + 1 Movements of the Spine. Our students shared how much they enjoyed and appreciated this last series that focused on specific body areas. And of course, the whole body is connected through our fascial and energy systems, so our whole being benefits.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a non-invasive hands-on healing Art that can be applied to oneself (Self-help) and to others. We learn to place our hands on various energy source spots on the clothed body to awaken, harmonize and balance the life force energy flowing through us. The beauty of this healing art form is that it can be done anywhere and at anytime.
Sue Lembeck-Edens is a gifted teacher as well as a respected colleague and comrade. I’m feeling blessed that she is coming to Bloom Yoga & Wellness and sharing this meaningful practice. Based on current interest and past registrations for similar workshops (with Susan Libby), I expect this to sellout quickly and recommend getting registered soon.
No prior experience necessary.

It’s important to gather as massage therapy professionals and be supportive of each other as we learn and grow…together. Instead of an online course, we are offering a deeper, richer way for central Pennsylvania massage therapist to connect and explore professional ethics. With having Sue as the teacher, as always, it will be an engaging and meaningful experience. I come away enlightened and enriched with practical applications. Consider treating yourself to an in-person training.
Bringing respect and reverence to the therapeutic process or helping relationships is the focus of this Ethics class. As a practicing massage therapist, we are challenged by our clients to define and redefine what our personal and professional ethics encompass. Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals Code of Ethics will provide a framework for this class as students explore their personal values, standards of conduct and professional ideals as a provider. Experiential learning techniques will create an enlivening environment for personal and professional growth.
