On June 23rd we held our annual meeting, which included the Producer Awards ceremony, celebrating local contributors to community TV!
Without further ado, we are pleased to announce...
Producer of the Year- Amy Mosher, for her dedicated coverage of the Green Mountain soccer 2021 season (both boys' & girls' games)
Youth Programming- Once again, it's local librarian Kata Welch, for bringing an energetic & entertaining style to “Story Time”, reading from a wide selection of children’s books.
Outstanding Achievement - Dr. Linda Thomson, a clinical hypnotherapist, is also a children’s book author. Her series “Harry the Hypnopotamus” is aimed at helping kids cope with stress & anxiety using technihttps://okemovalley.tv/story-timeques of hypnosis. The latest edition, “Harry Goes to Save the Children of Ukraine”, is a collaboration with illustrator Jane Hart & Svetlana Phillips, who read the book in Ukrainian. The production was shared with humanitarian service agencies overseas, with the intent of supporting children who have been displaced and whose lives have been upset by the ongoing war.
Community Impact- Liza Eaton , for her revitalizing yoga classes which calm and center its students. We've received lots of positive feedback about Yoga with Liza, which is evidence that she’s having an impact!

This July 4th marks President Calvin Coolidge's 150th birthday. Coolidge, the 30th president of the United States, was born in 1872 in Plymouth Notch, where the historic site preserves his childhood home. Coolidge's birthday will be honored with a day of festivities & events. Our very own volunteer extraordinaire Pat Moore will be there to capture the activities, including the Coolidge Cup debate championship. We will be bringing this programming to you next week, but for now, you can view past years' coverage on our website HERE.
