Hi <<First Name>>,
Josh here from SmartSocial.com.
If your kids are playing (or want to play) first-person shooter games like Fornite, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Overwatch, etc., today is your day to get the tips your family can use right now to keep your kids safe on these games.

The Psychology of Dangerous/Violent Video Games event is live tonight! We have three great expert guests and will hear some unique perspectives from students about what they see and experience in these games.

The Psychology of Violent/Dangerous Video Games
When: TONIGHT, Thursday, June 30  @ 6 pm Pacific/9 pm Eastern
We’ll start the presentation by hearing from students around the country to help us understand why they like violent video games. They’ll share great tips from students for students about how to keep video game time under control and what they wish more adults knew about the games they play.

Our three expert guests will help answer your top questions about violence, addiction, and other mental health concerns for our students from violent/dangerous video games.

Here are some of the questions we are going to cover:
  • What attracts students to games with violence?
  • How does seeing or playing violent games impact students?
  • Why are these types of games so addictive for students?
  • Beyond the violence, what are some of the most dangerous features predators and strangers use to talk with students?
  • How can parents keep students safe while playing these types of games?
  • What are some benefits of playing online video games?
  • What are some of the safest games my students can play?
