Colmac Coil welds of all finish levels are produced per the requirements of Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Project Highlight: ASRS Blast Freezer

This A+Series® A+L Blast Freezer with hot gas defrost, designed for an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) storage freezer with a low overfeed ammonia refrigeration system. One of several air coolers included on this project, this 6-fan air cooler has a capacity of 125 TR, 150,000 CFM, and a surface area of 45000 ft^2 designed for high efficiency and extended run time between defrost. The design features inlet air hoods on each tube axial fan and heated gravity dampers on the leaving air side of the coil to contain defrost heat.

Colmac Coil Manufactures Refrigerated Trailer for N.E.W Hunger Coalition

Colmac Coil Manufacturing, Inc. donated a refrigerated trailer to the Northeast Washington (N.E.W) Hunger Coalition for immediate use in the summer of 2022. The new refrigerated trailer designed and manufactured by Colmac Coil is part of the Cool Pup program from N.E.W., which helps solve the challenge of transporting fresh produce from farms to 17 food pantries supported by N.E.W. Hunger Coalition and their community partners. The goal of the Cool Pups program is to provide fresh and healthy produce to Northeast Washington community members experiencing food insecurity.
