Join Laura for a slow-paced evening Yin practice that helps you unravel deep-seated tension in the body. Yin Yoga incorporates a gentle sequence of seated or reclined postures that are passively held for 3-5 minutes. By relaxing muscular effort, we allow the body’s own weight to gently stretch the underlying connective tissues. As connective tissues are stretched, the body opens to a fuller range of motion. Come awaken your body on the mat. Leave class feeling good, lighter, invigorated.
 

$25 in-studio class fee is limited to 12 people.
